NATUROPATHY WITH OLIVIA

Olivia Julietta is a naturopath, clinical nutritionist, remedial massage therapist and lifestyle coach who expertly combines naturopathic philosophy with scientific knowledge to provide a fully integrated, personalised and wholistic approach to health and wellness. Naturopathic principles are based on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, so as to get to the root cause of dis-ease.

This approach to health recognises that the body is a series of interconnected, mutually dependent systems that have the potential to domino each way of the health-illness spectrum when one falls in or out of balance. Through the use of herbal remedies, flower essences, nutritional medicine, food and lifestyle coaching, naturopathy seeks to ignite the self-healing processes within the body.

As the mother of two happy and healthy girls, Olivia can relate to the joy and demands of motherhood and can appreciate how easy it is to fall out of balance with our own health, needs and self-care rituals. As such it is her goal to support mothers and their families to find their harmony so that the qualities of purpose, empowerment, mindfulness and thriving health become effortlessly weaved into the colourful embroidery of family life and parenting.

Olivia’s approach is highly individualised and she is equipped to work with all areas of health. Her particular interests however lay in family and paediatric health and in particular nurturing women through preconception, pregnancy and postpartum wellbeing.

CONSULTATION STRUCTURE

01. Consult

During your initial consultation, as much information as possible is gathered about your health and wellbeing. You will be asked questions about your general health, pre-existing conditions and any medical history that you have. Some diagnostic tests may also be performed or ordered so as to obtain a clearer picture of your health status.

02. Advise

Once we have ascertained the areas requiring attention from the initial consult and test reports (if applicable), you will receive a Personalised Prescription and Treatment Plan to get you on track to optimum health. This is specifically tailored to you — your needs, pace and considering your own personal barriers on the road to health.

03. Review

After your first few visits and implementing your treatment plan, we'll arrange for you to come back in a few weeks for a follow up visit, so we can take a look at your progress and look at how your health has improved and make any adjustments necessary. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about your wellness and the changes you are making towards a greater feeling of health and wellbeing.

04. Live Well

The ultimate goal is to educate and empower you to create lasting positive change that can be sustained and self-directed without the need for practitioner support. It is recommended however to have a 'top-up' health check once or twice a year. That way, we can check that you're still feeling great!
